NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH WOUNDS AUSTRALIA

We’re thrilled to announce a new partnership with Wounds Australia as an inaugural clinical partner! This partnership highlights our commitment to high-quality wound care, with several of our team members, including our Founder, Amy Darvall, either holding or working towards their Masters in Wound Care.

CEO Kim Sutton shared her excitement:

“As a company specializing in complex wound care, we are honoured to join Wounds Australia. This partnership allows us to advocate for better wound care standards and ensure our clinicians stay at the forefront of best practices.”

WHAT SETS US APART

When it comes to complex care, we don’t just talk the talk – we walk the walk. Unlike many other providers, our attendant care team at HCS benefits from a close partnership with the expert HNS nursing team. Our in-house clinical nurse consultants and registered nurses hold specialised qualifications in wound care, along with decades of hands-on experience in spinal cord injury and disorders. By working together the HCS and HNS team use this deep expertise to provide the highest standard of care to our clients.

We don’t just claim to have the necessary skills and knowledge – we truly have them.

POSITIVE IMPACT - CLIENT FEEDBACK

We are beyond thrilled to share some unprompted feedback from one of our care coordinators:
“This is the first time in 3 years that [the wound] has been classified as healed. Testament to your service.”

Congratulations to our Sydney HNS team for this outstanding achievement! This is exactly the kind of impact we strive for every day.

As we near the end of the year, we want to say a heartfelt thank you once again for trusting us with your care. We wish you a safe and joyful holiday season, and we look forward to another year of working together to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.

Warm regards,
Kim Sutton, Chief Executive
